As an avid outdoorsman, Andrew recognizes the importance of landscape stewardship and the preservation of our most sacred resource—water.
Andrew’ passion is for the outdoors, and specifically, the native habitats which comprise our water resources. Aquatic and wildland vegetation management is an integral part of ensuring future generations have the opportunity to enjoy the same environments which guide Andrew’s career. Andrew is a dual PhD student in Crop and Soil Sciences, and in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology, studying new innovations and remote sensing techniques which will provide novel and timely weed management strategies.
